No — ASDV Consultant is headquartered in New Delhi, India, and delivers ELV, ICT, Security, BIM and CAD design remotely for Australian projects. There is no physical Australian office; coordination happens via email, video call and your project's common data environment (Autodesk ACC, Aconex, BIM 360 or Procore).
Design only. We produce drawings, specifications, BOQs and BIM models for architects, MEP consultants and D&C contractors, who then engage an Australian-licensed contractor for installation.
AS 1670.1 and AS 1670.4 (fire detection and voice alarm), AS/NZS 3080 (structured cabling), AS/CA S009 (customer cabling), AS 2201 (intruder alarm systems), the National Construction Code (NCC), and ISO 19650 for BIM information management — confirmed against the specific state and building class requirements for each project.
We aim to respond within 24 hours with a scope confirmation and, where enough project detail is available, a fixed-fee quote.
Yes — deliverables can be issued under your firm's own title block and branding where required, with no client-facing indication that design work was outsourced.
