1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Ireland section of the ASDV Consultant website (asdvconsultant.com/ireland/) and any design services engagement arising from an enquiry made through it. ASDV Consultant is headquartered at B-1001, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078, India.

2. Nature of Services

ASDV Consultant provides remote ELV, ICT, Security, BIM and CAD design consultancy services. We are a design consultancy — we do not supply, install, or commission physical equipment, and we are not a licensed contractor in Ireland. Any project engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or scope confirmation specific to that project, which takes precedence over general website content in the event of any conflict.

3. No Guarantee of Local Approval

While our design work is developed with reference to applicable Irish and British standards, final review and approval authority rests with the relevant Irish local authority or building control body and the client's own Irish-registered consultant of record. We do not guarantee approval outcomes for any specific certification or authority submission.

4. Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned to the client per the terms agreed for that specific project. Website content, including text and design, remains the property of ASDV Consultant unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Ireland, where it applies and cannot be excluded), ASDV Consultant's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any specific project agreement that may specify a different governing law for that engagement.
