ELV/ICT Revit BIM Technician

As a BIM Technician at ASDV Consultant, you will build and coordinate intelligent 3D models for Extra Low Voltage and ICT systems on live building projects across India, the GCC, and beyond. Working primarily in Revit MEP, you will model fire alarm, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, BMS, and PA/VA containment routes, then run clash detection in Navisworks against the architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. This is a hands-on modelling role for someone who enjoys turning ELV design intent into clash-free, construction-ready BIM deliverables.

You will collaborate closely with our ELV design engineers and CAD team to maintain model standards, families, and shared parameters, and to produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and BOQs directly from the model. Familiarity with LOD conventions, IFC exports, and a Common Data Environment is a strong advantage. Responsibilities:

Drafts and optimizes general plan drawings

Revises drawings and completes standard calculations

Conducts field visits to locate grading markers and collect data

Attends team meetings to delineate design requirements

Participates in specialty design work as needed

Manages and organizes BIM files

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of BIM design and drafting experience

Proficient in Revit BIM

Knowledge of design and engineering principles

Highly detail-oriented

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Associate ITI or Polytechnic Diploma
