LOD 300–400 Construction-Ready Deliverables

From LOD 300 design-stage models — dimensioned, fully specified and spatially coordinated — through to LOD 400 fabrication-level content with manufacturer-specific families, accurate containment routing and fixing-centre dimensions. Builder's work information (holes, chases, plinths) extracted from the federated model and issued as separate builder's work drawings for contractor use.

ISO 19650 CDE Workflow Management

File naming to BS EN ISO 19650-2 conventions, revision control, metadata tagging and information container management for all documents and models. We operate within your chosen CDE: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Asite, Viewpoint or project-specific platforms. Your project team will not be reformatting ASDV deliverables.
