Parking Management
System Design
Intelligent parking management system design — ANPR entry/exit control, parking guidance, pay-on-foot, EV charging integration and BMS connectivity for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
What We Offer
Modern parking management systems do far more than lift a barrier — they guide drivers to available spaces, enable frictionless payment, generate revenue data and integrate with building management and smart city platforms. ASDV Consultant provides professional parking management system design for all car park types.
Our designs cover the complete parking ecosystem: ANPR-based entry/exit control, ticket dispensing machines (TDM), pay-on-foot stations (POF), parking guidance display systems (PGDS), loop detectors and ultrasonic sensors, cashless payment terminals, EV charging point integration and management software.
We design for both surface car parks and multi-storey car parks across commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, airport, hospital and institutional projects. Designs include traffic flow analysis, capacity calculations, equipment placement, cable routing and full system integration with CCTV, BMS and revenue management platforms.

Frequently Asked Questions
ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) parking uses cameras at entry and exit points to read vehicle licence plates, automatically linking each vehicle to a ticket, contract or pre-booking without the driver needing to press a button or take a physical ticket. ANPR enables frictionless access for contract holders, reduces queue times and provides accurate vehicle dwell time data.
A PGDS guides drivers to available parking spaces using real-time occupancy data from loop detectors or ultrasonic sensors. Dynamic signs at ramp entrances, level entrances and aisle junctions display the number of available spaces per zone, reducing search time, congestion and driver frustration. Level-by-level and zone-by-zone displays provide granular guidance.
Yes. Modern parking management systems can integrate with EV charging point management systems (CPMS) to allocate dedicated EV bays, monitor charging status, enable payment for charging alongside parking, and feed consumption data to the building energy management system for demand response and LEED/GRIHA reporting.
Pay-On-Foot stations allow drivers to pay for their parking before returning to their vehicle, validating their ticket for a short grace period exit. POF reduces queue time at exit barriers, improves revenue collection efficiency and supports cash, card and mobile payment methods. POF is the most common payment model for commercial and retail car parks.
